SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages you receive from Zeta Roots Assistant. By entering your mobile number and clicking “Send code,” you consent to receive text messages as described below.
1. Program description
Zeta Roots Assistant sends one-time verification codes to sign you in, account notifications, and, if you choose to message the assistant by text, conversational replies from the assistant.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will receive a verification code each time you request one, and replies only when you message the assistant.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Zeta Roots does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opting out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out may prevent you from signing in with a text code.
To resume messages, reply START.
5. Help
For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@zetaroots.com.
6. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the program described above. See our Privacy Policy for details.
